Jennifer Franklin
On Monday 04/22/2013, the Manheim Borough Police Department arrested Jennifer Franklin for Receiving Stolen Property and Theft from a Motor Vehicle. During the arrest, officers located stolen property in Franklin’s residence and on her person. Further investigation revealed that Franklin had been stealing property from unlocked vehicles for several months. Numerous pieces of stolen property were recovered during the search, that have yet to be identified.
The Manheim Borough Police Department is requesting that anyone who has had property stolen from their vehicles in the last several months, who haven’t reported the crime, to contact Detective Arzamendi at 717-665-2481.
